My only issue is with the appraiser , from Kemper (i guess the parent company of alliance) has yet to hear from Kendra to set up a date to do an estimate on the time it should take for this process to be over. At this moment , I do not have a car to drive. to supplement the rest of the money to pay for all of the damaged but ,As of now , my car has been sitting in the shop since April 19th , it's now been over two weeks that the auto body tried contacting her and she still has not responded.

 I called the adjuster today 5/1/2018 and he said that if the appraiser doesn't respond to his email then he will handle the claim. I don't understand how two weeks of not responding to messages or calls is acceptable in any form of business, especially auto insurance. I will call again tomorrow until I have an estimate on my car to supplement the rest of the money to pay for all of the damaged but ,As of now , my car has been sitting in the shop since April 19th , it's now been over two weeks that the auto body tried contacting her and she still has not responded.

I don't understand how two weeks of not responding to messages or calls is acceptable in any form of business, especially auto insurance. I will call again tomorrow until I have an estimate on my car to supplement the rest of the accident and they've taken 100% fault and responsibility for the accident , He told me to choose an auto body shop of my choice and I chose Pride Auto Body in Van Nuys.
